You always have a 30-day return policy from the moment you receive your order from us. The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was upon delivery. It should be in its original packaging and remain intact.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Log in to our return portal here
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the items you want to return and provide a reason for the return
4. Choose a shipping agent

You will receive the shipping label to your email. Print it out and place it over the old shipping label.

Drop off the package at the nearest collection point specified on the shipping label.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you, as the consumer, are responsible for the return shipping. If you use our return shipping service in the portal, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund for the returned products.

Refunds for the returned products will be processed after we have received and inspected the items. The cost of return shipping always remains and is not refunded.

If you want to exchange a product or size, it is easiest to make a return and then place a new order. We will cover the shipping cost for your new order.
